About Suzy Avina

My life took a drastic change 14 years ago when I went into surgery to have a hysterectomy that was suppose to help with my endometriosis. I became a medical mystery to doctors at the age of 25 and spent 12 years trying to figure out what was going on with my body.  My body was giving up at the age of 36 so I chose to take matters into my own hands and went back to school to get a degree in Alternative medicine that included Nutrition, Herbs and Aromatherapy along with learning more about my body. I was my on science experiment and ended up finding out what was really wrong with me. I was miss diagnosed with endometriosis and had PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). I was never suppose to have a hysterectomy and my body retaliated against itself causing many things such as high cholesterol, weight gain, hair on my face, body pains, digestive problems, food allergies to soy, and pre diabetic. I was so over joyed by the fact that I was able to find out what it was and the stress plus worry was lifted off of me. I now how to figure out what to do with this information. In school I came up with my game plan for business and chose to take the path of sharing with others by teaching Creatively Natural workshops or doing private consultations.  I am not a doctor but I have become intuitive to learning to listen to my body and to others when they talk about what is affecting them. My workshops are fun creative life lessons that I have experienced on my journey. I am blessed to be alive and have learned to live life to the fullest and to give back to others. I am now at a point of my life where my daughter is getting ready to leave to go on her own adventure with life and my son is a Junior in High School and will be right behind her trying out his hand in life. I am going to be 40 in April and although many may worry about turning that age I am embracing it along with setting a goal for my business. I am choosing to take more time for myself and to work with others to help them on their journey of life to happiness and a better health.
